Aridia is operated by Kamal Ali Saleh, trading as Aridia. This policy describes how the Aridia group website, private workspace and property-analysis service handle information. This is not a statement that Aridia is a registered company or a guarantee of legal compliance.
Information and purpose
We collect account details needed for sign-in, enquiries you submit, authorised internal business records and content submitted to the property-analysis service. Information is used to operate these services, review enquiries and protect access. Do not submit sensitive wellbeing records or private customer information from external ventures.
Property analysis
Property documents are processed using third-party AI services through Lovable AI Gateway. Extracted text and generated results may contain errors. Guest analysis is temporary and its result is kept in your browser session; signed-in analysis is saved to your account and restricted to you. Exporting or emailing a report creates a copy outside the service. The email action opens your email application; it does not send a message automatically.
Service providers and overseas processing
Hosting, database, authentication and AI providers process information necessary to operate the service. Processing may occur outside Australia. Provider privacy and retention terms apply; we do not promise that all providers retain no data or never use data for training without verifying their current terms.
Separate ventures
The group website links to independently operated venture websites. We do not automatically merge their accounts, customer records, wellbeing information or payment data. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Security and retention
Access controls restrict customer documents and internal workspace records. No service is completely secure. Saved analyses remain until removed; enquiries and operational records are retained as needed for their purpose and applicable obligations. Backups may retain deleted data for a limited period.
Your choices
You can delete your saved analyses. Use the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or raise a privacy complaint. Where applicable you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Authentication uses necessary browser storage; see the cookie policy.
