Property document analysis is free. No subscription or report payment is required. You may analyse without an account; sign in to save and revisit your own documents. Internal group access requires separately assigned permissions and is not included with a customer account.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep credentials secure. Do not access another person's documents, impersonate staff, upload content you have no right to share, send unlawful material, circumvent permissions or interfere with the service. Internal users must follow the permissions assigned to them.
Your content
You retain ownership of submitted content and permit processing needed to provide the service. You are responsible for lawful submission and for obtaining any necessary permissions. Do not upload external ventures' sensitive customer information into the shared workspace.
